Ledgity Yield is is a stablecoin yield protocol backed by real world assets (RWA). It provides a stable and institutional grade treasury management solution for stablecoins holders, and bridges the gap between DeFi and TradFi by offering real yield based on real assets.

Rewards Distribution

Ledgity Yield introduces user-friendly and innovative rewards distribution mechanisms to simplify the DeFi experience. With the vision of making stablecoin yields accessible even to DeFi beginners, the protocol introduces L-Tokens, which automatically generate yield in a wallet without the need for users to engage in complex processes like pooling, staking, or claiming tokens. Rewards are distributed automatically, remain stable, and auto-compound over time, requiring minimal user management.

Additionally, users can leverage the protocol’s rewards redirection feature, allowing them to redirect rewards to other wallets or even create chained reward redirections for more intricate distribution structures.

To enhance compatibility with other DeFi protocols, Ledgity Yield introduces Wrapped L-Tokens, akin to Lido’s wrapped stETH. These wrapped versions allow seamless integration into various DeFi platforms, enabling them to treat L-Tokens as standard ERC20 tokens without requiring special configurations.

Tokenomics

As a way to stabilize $LDY through time and create sustainable market depth, the Ledgity Yield protocol implements the following mechanisms:

5% of protocol revenues are accumulated in stablecoins to support price by buying-back $LDY tokens during bearish periods,
Inflation growth is decreasing through years until max supply is reached (4 years),
Users are incentivized on locking $LDY tokens,
Users are incentivized to provide DEX liquidity into pools involving the $LDY token.
